I (the participant) hereby register bindingly for the advertised event “Referee & Judge Course by Marc Goddard” from May 18, 2024 to May 19, 2024 in Berlin and declare my agreement to the advertisement and the organizational guidelines.
I will follow the rules of conduct given there. I will follow all instructions from the official emergency services.
I am also aware that the travel and accommodation costs are not covered by the organizer.
I take part in the advertised event at my own risk. I bear sole civil and criminal responsibility for all damage caused by me, unless an exclusion of liability is agreed below.
Upon first request, I release the organizer from third-party claims against the organizer for compensation for damage caused by me.
I accept unlimited liability for damage to the equipment I use caused by my own fault or that of others, due to an accident or improper handling, or that arises because I did not follow the instructions of the organizer’s employees.
I further confirm that
- that the information I have provided is complete and correct.
- I have been informed that sending this registration does not give me any legal right to participate in the event. Legal recourse is excluded.
- that I agree to the use of the photos and information I have submitted as well as the creation of images and video material of me on the days of the event and their use by GEMMAF.
- that I waive the reimbursement of the training fee if I am refused participation in the event due to violations of the registration conditions stated here that I have caused.
- that I waive the right to a refund of the registration fee if I am denied participation in the event due to violations of the registration conditions stated here.
- that I waive the right to a refund of the registration fee if I withdraw from the registration without sufficient justification. It is at the discretion of GEMMAF whether the justification is deemed sufficient.
